Newsletter subscriptions
The optional Missives from the Aelorian Archives newsletter uses phpList hosted on Hostinger. We record the email address, subscription and confirmation times, consent notice version, relevant IP addresses, and unsubscribe or suppression history to administer subscriptions and retain consent records. Existing subscribers may also have their original MailerLite consent records retained.
New subscriptions require email confirmation. Newsletter email is delivered through Brevo, which processes recipient addresses and delivery information. phpList open and click tracking is disabled; Brevo tracking is configured to be anonymous. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Minimal suppression records are retained to honor that choice.
